A very large number
Today I glanced at the paper and read that over 23,000 people have perished in the worst earthquake the globe has seen in over forty years. I remain speechless, even though I continue to sit here and tap on this keyboard. I'm not one for saying things like this - but take a moment and say a prayer for all those in that part of the world. One third of all deaths are suspected to be children.
